Create/Change the PIN

1. Open the YubiKeyWindows ManagerSettings app.app by clicking the Start button in the bottom-left corner and then click the gear icon or search for "Settings" in the search field. If you cannot find the Settings app, check this page for assistance locating it.
2. ClickIn the left menu, click Applications > FIDO2Accounts.
3. ForUnder athe new/resetAccount YubiKey,settings section, click Sign-in options.
4. Under the Ways to sign in section, click Security key then click the Set PinManage button.

6. Under the Security Key PIN andsection, click the Set PINChange button.
7. For an already-configured YubiKey, you'You'll need to know the current PIN to change it. If you do not know the current PIN, youplease mustcontact resetHorizon theInformation YubiKey following the instructions below.Systems. If you do know the current PIN:
   1. Click the Change PIN button.
   2. Enter the current PIN,PIN thenin enterthe first field labelled Security key PIN.
   3. Enter and confirm a new PIN and clickin the next two fields. ChangeThe PIN button.

Reset a YubiKey

1. Open the YubiKey Manager app.
2. Clear any OTP configurations on the YubiKey:
   1. Click Applications > OTP.
   2. If either slot is configured, the Delete button willmust be enabledbetween for4-63 thatalphanumeric slot.characters (numbers and/or letters).
   3. Click the Delete button.
   4. You'll be prompted to confirm this operation, click the YESOK button.
3. Clear any FIDO2 configurations onIf the YubiKey:change
